Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a faulty product from a Student Knives online order please email studentknives@richardsonsheffield.co.uk and state the nature of the fault, your name and original order number. A dedicated member of our team will then be in touch to provide details of how to return the item to us and process the refund for you. In the case of a faulty/incorrect item we will also refund the cost of your return postage.  All refunds will be made within 30 days of acknowledgement of your intention to return the item.
